ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE

The Penang International Dragon Boat Festival (PIDBF) Organising Committee is arranging a very affordable and attractive accommodation package which is available to all teams participating in the 27th PIDBF in May 2006.

The package is priced at only at only US$45.00/person/night, in accordance to the following general terms and conditions:

a. 5 days/4 nights accommodation on a twin-sharing basis (2 persons per room) in a 4-star hotel,
__checking in on 25 May 2006 (Thursday) and checking out on 29 May 2006 (Monday).

d. Return airport transfer limited to 1 transfer per team.

e. Return transfer to race venue for racing/training limited to 1 transport per team.

f. Invitation to Farewell Party on 28 May 2006. Interested teams may display a 3-minute cultural/country
_ presentation.

This package is only valid if you confirm participation and make payment before ( To Be Advised) 2006. We strongly recommend a 5-day/4-night stay. Any extended stay is most welcomed and highly recommended at the same rate for you to see and enjoy the natural beauty, rich diverse cultures & warm hospitality of Penang and Malaysia.

TEAM
28 members comprising 2 officials (team leader & manager) and 26 crew (coach, paddlers, drummer & steerer). Team name list and 2 coloured
passport-size photos of every member to be submitted via attached format (see attachment) before 30 April 2006.

TEAM MANAGERS' MEETING
A team managers' meeting will be held on 25 May 2006 at 2130 in the official hotel.

FLAGS
Please bring along 2 national flags measuring 1.85m X 1.23m (6 ft X 4 ft).

SUPPORTERS
Supporters are welcome and they also enjoy the same accommodation package @ US$45.00 /person/night.

FOOD
International cuisines (Western, Chinese, Muslim, Indian, Japanese, Indonesian, Thai, etc) are readily available at very reasonable prices.

TOUR PACKAGE
For those who intend to extend their stay before or after the festival, special tour packages are available.
